Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, chopped green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the bottom corner of the wrapper.
